There is no real life training and they seem to be so backwards in systems etc .you You get to meet some nice people.

Minpunten

You have to use paper timesheets you print off yourself . There is no direct format straight to payroll

It really is person centred care here. Each day is different and so rewarding. You can see the progress of the people we support and it makes the job so worthwhile. Management are friendly and approachable and try to support you wherever they can. Always plenty of overtime available
