I’m having a hard time identifying any clear strengths or positive aspects of the company, I'm still struggling to identify any advantages or strengths in the company

Working in Realcoderz and under Ravi Mr. CEO has been challenging. It seems that only those who say "yes" are valued, while knowledgeable employees are often overlooked, as team of less efficient are easy to lead and there have been instances where favorite people are lying and giving misleading status still ignored and people who are working endlessly are being pulled down, no growth, motivation, perfect example of NO MANAGERIAL SKILLS The CEO's choice of words should be encouraging to ALL

I worked directly with the company's CEO. He is a great leader and mentor. I like this company because of the environment and atmosphere they created and how they celebrate every small event.
