Crazy boss, no management at ALL, only undergraduate kids and freshgrads are working in the office. Everything is out of control and the boss get mad for no reason The spread system is extremely out dated, lots of function are not working and clients emails go spam and reported. The open rate is fake, most emails just go spam. A nightmare working in this company. They offer commission rate but the boss never pay it on time. He will reduce the commission you got, a big liar

Management (boss)changes commission targets arbitrarily, moves goalposts constantly, and uses disciplinary tactics like writing self-criticism essays and copying lines. The system is outdated and the owner refuses to upgrade. Sexist remarks and verbal harassment are common. Only hires interns and new graduates through government sponsorship’s schemes. Turn over rate extremely high because of toxic culture
