I have over 21 years of experience in the software industry and have spent more than 6 years at Recode Solutions, and I can honestly say this has been one of the most rewarding places I’ve worked. Coming from large MNCs, what really stands out here is the openness, strong culture, and the fact that people truly come first—it’s not just something said on slides. There’s no shortage of learning opportunities. I was a bit hesitant to move from a reputed MNC to a growing company, but the level of ownership, hands-on learning, and real impact I’ve had at Recode has far exceeded what I experienced during my previous 15 years in big organizations.

Like any fast-growing company, things can move quickly and expectations can be high, so it’s important to be mindful of burnout and pace yourself.

My work experience with this company has been really good. I feel the management and leaders are very approachable and always supportive. The company truly encourages open communication and mutual respect. I’ve received good recognition and rewards for my work, and I’ve been able to grow and develop my career here. I joined as a Sr. Software Engineer and am now a Technical Lead. I feel they give equal opportunities for women to grow, and this place has really helped shape my professional journey.

The only area that could be improved is the cab facility, which isn’t available right now.
