A genuinely good place to work with a close-knit team where everyone is approachable and easy to talk to. You’re given a lot of space and trust to own your work and shine, rather than being micromanaged. The team size is just right so you know who is who and what they do, which makes collaboration smoother and more personal. Managers are friendly and supportive, the culture is nice, and the work itself is challenging enough to keep you learning and growing.

The benefits suite isn’t very strong. You basically get insurance, mostly for yourself, and not much beyond that. You can’t really expect work to be handed down to you; if you don’t take initiative, things may feel slow or unclear.
