Pluspunten
Of all the companies that do end of life recycling, processing and remarketing, they put the best lipstick on kind of a pig of an industry. Most of the organizations that do this kind of work are less than reliable. At least these guys have some process around what they do. It's not as advanced as they like to portray, but it is probably better than most.
Minpunten
All of the negatives of working here come from the remarkably inept management. You could probably point to just one individual, now in what they call an EVP role, that if she were removed, the company would simply blossom almost overnight. And probably grow as well. They have gone through dozens of sales people, managers and customer service people, and have finally settled for several equally inept individuals to essentially do the bidding of one individual. The President believes this person is effective, the parent company continues to allow her to stay in place, and everyone else, both current and former employees (there are alot of those). know that her presence is truly a cancer that has blocked the growth of healthy corporate tissue. If you are a creative, intelligent and forward thinking person, you will not enjoy being here.
