Pluspunten
Small enough to feel connected but you're not and pretty flexible.
Minpunten
where to start. I've been here long enough to know and observe that some people especially from the top have big egos. Egos bigger than their revenue. If you like to work in fun environment , Redjack is not the place. First, the same updates are given from time to time and there's no real progress in any projects. Two, employees feel they're superior and constantly parade that they're smart . Three, there's no set processes in place. No training for new employees, no follow through when you start, and no actual training. You keep waiting for something to happen but nothing happens. I was hired and I got lost. You have to figure things out on your own because there are no structure. You can't be creative since they shut down your ideas.
