You will be expected to wear many hats at this company, which can blur the lines of what your job actually entails and whether it could be considered reasonable to ask for a pay bump due to taking on work outside of expectations. As the front desk staff you will be expected to greet a variety of people, whether that is an owner of a building you manage or a resident of one of those buildings. You would do well to learn deescalation tactics for the latter group of people. There are times when residents come in upset about some aspect of their apartment-living situation. You need to be flexible and empathetic enough to assess the situation, hear what they need, and do your best to assist them in whatever way you can. Kindness goes a long way.
