VERY CLICKY. If you don't get in with the right people you are automatically looked at as if your not a good enough worker. There are 0 company meetings to help growth. There are no guide lines for QA when taking calls. Specific metrics are not weighted properly across the board. If you meet all metrics, you are still not doing good enough and are threatened with a write up. Monthly averages mean daily requirements. Management has favorites. There is no such thing as confidential discussions in this company.. NO ROOM FOR GROWTH WITH THIS COMPANY. Promotions do not exist. Company recently started out sourcing to a temp agency with higher turnover rate.
