The pay is decent. Could be better could be a lot worse. The culture of the company is good.

Minpunten

The BDR position is a bit convoluted and is different depending on which location you work at. Most of the bosses are not all on the same page about what your duties will be in this position.

Great in house team, good benefits, and pay.

Minpunten

Poor communication from upper management level down to the salesperson. Everyday there is a new rule, a new change nobody has heard of and when you need help learning something they couldn’t be bothered to take the time to help all they do is send you a 3-5 page SOP which is like a big F-off!
