Minpunten

The CINO rewards outside consultants who do nothing more than produce proof-of-concept slop and hires too many middle managers who have zero tech skills. Too much strategy and not much producing, with high drama and toxic negativity from this unnecessary layer. People with actual technical skills will leave or get forced out.

Too many chiefs and not enough support members; unequal treatment of staff where some are allowed to do things a certain way while others aren't.
