Promotions are often tied to working excessive overtime and weekends, yet they come without formal recognition. Many are symbolic, delivered via Slack messages or internal documentation, with no public acknowledgment or compensation. The CEO thinks collaborators are simply there to be "used and then fired." The turnover rate reflects this mindset. Morale is extremely low, and the atmosphere is tense and unsupportive.
