- Really High Workload I usually work from 9 to 3AM, My life only sleep -> wake up -> meeting -> work. Rinse then repeat, they also call me to work in saturday and sunday, you will have no time in your life - Unreasonable Management They will often scold you even when its not your fault, be careful, the CEO once said this is MY COMPANY not a democratic company, further explanation will depend on your imagination - Unreasonable Contract Time + Penalty 30x Salary penalty, if your salary is 5.000.000 you will need to pay 150.000.000, You will need almost a lifetime to repay that. They can torture you inside but you cant resist because of the penalty, just be careful of your life

- Plenty of opportunity for different projects accross the world - Plenty of opportunity for going in different position - Great senior/mentor, they have such very very super massive high standards and knowledges (worldwide standard) - Good for those wanting learn high volumes of knowledge in shortterms on fast-paced environment

- For very beginner/entry engineer would be struggling in their very-fast-paced work environment - Not for everyone, but learning in here is moderately advantagable
