      Paychecks on time. if thats even a pro. Dont you expect a employer do that anyways? but thats about what you can imagine to be a PRO here.

      Minpunten

      Treats everyone as cheap labors and has no recognition of the value you bring to the table. Doesnt matter how competent you are, you are just another brick in the wall. You have to fight for every penny you make and you have to fight for the rightful pay hike you deserve. You never will be respected as a human being let alone a professional.

      - Vendor takes a considerable amount of your hourly bill rate. - Vender is rather abrupt, and is only nice to you if they are having trouble keeping contractors or getting contracts - You recieve no benefits - You are responsible for purchasing professional liability insurance - The only thing the vendor appears to do is cordinate interviews, collect invoices, provide contracts to sign, and pay you. If you work directly with a client, this tasks are a minimal to setup.
