Don’t really have anything good to say about my time with the company. The customer site I worked from was outstanding.

Where to start. What I was told and what it was like are 2 different things. Poor onboarding and training. I was sent to one location that was completely different than the location I was hired for. Two entirely different places, equipment, and technology being used. Plenty of classes to take if you have the time. My laptop, not set up properly. Put in a location that became 24/7 with a staff of 4. The company trailers are not nearly in the best of shape to say the least. Getting them picked up, even worse. Safety culture across the company, sad. My compensation was not worth the effort and hours I invested. Need support in December? Good luck. Everyone is on PTO. The person I reported to, never saw him in person. This company runs beyond lean and it shows. It’s all about the dollar and not the employees.
