Excitement - Not a day goes by that I am not excited to come to work and create WOW moments. I am excited about the products I get to create/improve, but also excited to work with individuals that feel the same way! Opportunity - Opportunities to show what you are made of are endless. Leadership is willing to listen to new ideas and ways to improve. They are not closed minded or dismissive. They take the time to hear you out and challenge the next big idea. They are willing to give you a chance at making a difference and they are not afraid of failure if it means lessons learned. I have worked for other companies where they are afraid to fail, even if means missing out on creating something amazing. Culture - Great Culture! We have a fun, yet professional work life with very casual dress code. We are all about GSD (Getting Stuff Done!). Each and everyone has the mindset to improve the product they are working on, as well as improve the individuals they interact with. Leadership - The Leadership Team is here is top notch. They are in touch with the business changes and continue to find ways/new ideas to improve our products, as well as the employee relationships.
