Micromanaging and many in leadership are faking it until they make it. The most “office” feel for a Remote company is the politics and irrational behavior and untrustworthiness of those in management. Plenty of hiring done to pad the support pillar of those in power and others outside of the country or inner circle are alienated and pushed out.
