Leadership consistently says one thing and does another. The company brought leasing and realtor functions in-house and shifted to self-tours—despite recently acknowledging serious issues with that model, including lack of oversight and risk exposure. Within weeks, they eliminated property management roles needed to support these changes, creating an obvious operational gap. At the same time, they’re promoting “white glove” service while reducing the staff required to deliver it. The result is a disconnect between what’s sold and what can actually be executed.
