      As vezes rem que trabalhar na madrugada e aos domingos. Porém a empresa honra nas horas extras. No final, sempre vale a pena. Aliás, nao há contras na minha opinião. Só sai de lá, pq sou de PG e eles perderam clientes aqui. E eu sobrei na equipe.

      pay is low for amount of complaints and extra changes dealt with fast paced calles AI graded metrics, some mistakes by AI go unnoticed health insurance is horrible
