      Kalian di perusahaan jasa bisa banyak belajar hal-hal baru tentang pemberian jasa, customer service, penagihan, people management. Ada bonus, ada thr juga dapat, Banyak self development yang bisa direquest.

      Tidak ada work life balance, kalian bisa liburan tapi sambil membawa laptop, kadang ditelpon klien di tengah malam. Terkadang merasa tidak ada career development

      pay is low for amount of complaints and extra changes dealt with fast paced calles AI graded metrics, some mistakes by AI go unnoticed health insurance is horrible
