      Was great vibes, nice supervisors, helpful management all past tense. You can see from the generic pre-written responses here its very hard to get a human response.

      Minpunten

      New manager of the branch is basically making good workers want to leave in their droves. This isnt a personal opinion its a now known fact.

      some good benefits nice managers/supervisors work from home

      pay is low for amount of complaints and extra changes dealt with fast paced calles AI graded metrics, some mistakes by AI go unnoticed health insurance is horrible
