When Our new CEO Joe Fuca was brought on, it was lauded as the next step in becoming a publicly traded company. Joe had helped others big companies like Docusign and Salesforce before. While the company was excited by this shift in goals, the corporate attitude shifted as well. Teams were entirely dissolved, and rolled into new ones, positions were cut and outsources to Indian contractors. Big name, beloved managers were 'leaving' left and right.
I loved Reputation.com when I started. Now, I feel like a disposable part in a cold machine that's only drive is to generate revenue, and the corporate culture and employee morale has suffered as a result.
