Minpunten

There was a complete lack of training or hands-on learning opportunities from Management. Never got help when I asked for it. Required office hours just to be sent home because someone in the office tested positive for COVID. Extreme amount of favoritism from Management, felt like I was back in college or high school with the amount of cliques and drama between employees. Promised growth with no follow-up. Was lied to on many occasions by Management about many things. Never felt like there was any real "culture". Never felt appreciated, understood, or heard by Management.

Minpunten

*Constant layoffs. Even after leaving I'm still seeing a lot of former colleagues being let go. Great talent has been let go to cut costs. *Pay is much lower than industry average and it seems there is no budget to increase pay. *Platform has bugs and issues that were never resolved by engineering, leaving teams to develop work arounds and frustrating clients. *For bugs that are addressed, solutions take weeks to months to get fixed frustrating clients and resulting in churn. *Lack of direction and leadership. All teams are on their own path without clear direction. *No 401k match.
