      There's a real sense of family and togetherness with this company, you really feel like you're a part of one big team and you're made to feel as though what you do matters. No matter what department you work in, people want to get to know you and the atmosphere is a friendly one; it's not like any collection agency I have worked at before and I've worked at a few.

      Personally, I cannot provide any 'Cons' about working here at Hunter Warfield, it really is a great company to work for and I feel that the company does all it can to keep up with it's employees, technology and customers/clients.

      Some staff need more training on how to communicate effectively which would improve the quality, and quantity of work and productivity

      Insanely high goals and when you get commission check that you get all of it. No communication, sales being stolen and given to the " house" or to other reps they like better
