You will have chance to learn how to communicate with people using the marketing strategies. The company has a very energetic atmosphere which is good. The people who work here also SEEM to be enthusiastic and have passion for what they are doing.

Unfortunately, those marketing strategies only be able applying to this company. They basically give you a script how to talk with customers in 99 cents store. Also, you have to go to a very far location everyday with an average of 40min drive. And like the previous post said you never get paid for the milage and you also have to work for extra hours for unpaid every day. The total hours every week would be 56 but you only get paid for 40hours with minimum wage plus commission. It's really unfair for employees. I am really glad I left that early. *No health insurance provided by the company If you are injured when you work outside the company, you are not under protection
