I returned to Resolution after spending time externally at an independant agency where I didn't have a good experience with how people were treated or how culture was valued; something I knew was well represented at Reso. Resolution value their people and management are focused on providing flexible working, training outcomes for their team member and supporting teams and leaders to have a good culture. I originally started as a Manager and have worked my way up to senior leadership. CEO/COO have always been supportive and engaged and recognise contribution, allowing me to climb the ranks and now oversee the SEO product nationally. Great portfolio of client work happening, great team of really happy people and working on exciting future-facing client challenges like AI and changing search behaviours

While our team is very skilled and we're connected to Omnicom Media Group as the largest advertiser in Australia, we don't talk ourselves up in market enough and consequently may make us seen less favouably by potential employees.
