      Pays well below the average No options/ profit sharing Forced employees to return to office despite lots of pushback, leading to resignations. Not much engineering culture, most of the company uses a 10-15+ year old stack/framework that limits your resume experience for the future.

      Great colleagues, honestly 95% of the people there are great. IT, Support, QA, Marketing, Dev are incredible and hard working people it was an absolute pleasure to work with.

      Be prepared to be belittled by management, they juggle so much on their plate that they will order you to do one thing one day, the next day question why on earth you did it.. customer success isn't customer success at RSI its data entry.. a lot and a lot of data entry. No room for growth.. Micromanagement to the extreme!
