Loved Interning at Rev! - werkgeversreview Software Engineering Intern bij Rev

I absolutely loved working for Rev as an intern! The culture at Rev is vibrant, open, and tight-knit -- people are very friendly and happy to help explain concepts or tackle issues together. During code reviews, people are focused on producing the best solution possible and don't take having to make changes to their design personally. The company is also good about making sure that employees get a change to grow and aren't just stovepiped in a particular issue, team, or technology. The work-life balance is also great -- I didn't feel like Rev was trying to work developers into the ground like some startups, and made sure to encourage company outings and frequent breaks. The pay was great as well. Learned a lot and had a lot of fun!
