      Pluspunten

      Great work environment with highly talented and supportive colleagues. I also enjoyed a high degree of autonomy to propose and implement new ideas, which allowed for meaningful ownership over my projects.

      Minpunten

      The Technical management tends to micromanage too closely, which can impact team morale. There is also a lack of clear direction for both product and tech roadmap, with a strong tendency to replicate what competitors are doing instead of establishing an internal strategy.

      Pluspunten

      It is a 100% remote which is really nice. Good amount of meetings and decision making tends to be very fast. Agile way of working and there is good communication between teams.

      Minpunten

      I have to say there is disrespect from the managers to the employees. I have had bad experiences were I was yelled at or treated with disrespect from managers because they were too stressed or that is simply their way to treat people. Top management is not like that which amazes me why they foster such behaviour. Also 1-1 tend to be canceled and there is no on-going feedback, which I guess is normal for small companies even if they promise it.

      It is remote based and they give you a good computer

      The company is struggling and this is the result: - Rushed decisions - People is fired on the spot with little explanation - Constant sense of insecurity. - Communication from leadership is inconsistent and herratic
