Zero consideration for employees. Bad pay. Bad Environment. Bad Executives. Bad HR. Bad Policies. You will regret ever wanting to join them. For the sole reason that the company owners do not care about the employees. I spent many years of my life with them just because I couldn't get out. Once I was able to, I resigned instantly.
