Terrible management, as revealed when the place went union. Immediately began engaging in blatant union-busting, slow-walking negotiations, absolute refusal to bargain in good faith, and more.

get to write cool content IF you have a good manager testing products you might otherwise not afford (we still can't afford anything we promote on our salaries) middle management cares DEI program tries but gets no help from management

upper management huge lack of communication pay is pathetic (recent grads will be fine but you won't grow) usage of AI without communication to staff members and gross partnerships with Advon that promotes bad products on off-brand reviewed.com pages benefits are awful owned by Gannett- doesn't care about their employees, only their relationship to Gannett
