Pluspunten

High-trust laissez-faire approach to managing staff. Plenty of intellectual challenge tailoring solutions to clients' needs in a still-emerging industry.

Minpunten

Not very formalised training, which is perhaps not rare for a young company. Expenses not very generous but compensation very competitive and all-you-can-eat healthcare etc. plans.

Great constructive feedback. Training is on our mind and we're starting with on-boarding training. We'll keep training in the departments on the agenda. In response to Revionics being a "market-leading company" and how our messaging and website should reflect that is timely. We are in the process of elevating our messaging, positioning and our external facing assets including the website. These are currently in progress and we are looking forward to this launch that is being led by our Global Marketing team. Helpful colleagues - colleagues are always willing to help one another. Whether they have time to, or not, is another question. But no one acts that somehow they will become irrelevant if they share their knowledge with others. Continuous learning - building our application on a leading Cloud provider gives one exposure to a broad range of tools, applications, and technologies. There's always something new to learn.

Minpunten

Of late, executive leadership has failed to demonstrate their ability to generate sales, retain customers, or stay relevant in the market. On the product side, just rebuilding the same application over and over, and slapping "new look!" or "new and improved" on the box hasn't worked. The focus has been on maintaining or improving margin, and possibly prepare the company for a sale. Isn't it better to have a viable business with winning products and paying customers than just a fat bottom line?
