A small team means you wear many hats - sometimes we get stretched to the max and it can be overwhelming. But there is always a helping hand willing to help out whenever you need it.

Seriously the best company to work for. The team works well together and is always willing to jump in and help out a colleague if needed. CEO is generous and thoughtful of family importance - which is hard to find these days. Free lunch, snacks, drinks and team happy hours are just a few amazing perks to this job.

Hours are flexible and the PTO is amazing, but be expected to work. The team is small and everyone relies on everyone - you need to be willing to pull your weight. There are some long hours put in. Most of us, go home take care of the kids and then log on after to finish up some work items. Only a con really if you're not willing to put in the time.
