The job itself puts you in front of multiple restaurant owners daily where you provide them with information that is insightful and extremely helpful to their daily operations . You also have the ability to provide them with the cash they need to be successful. The pay and earning potential is excellent!

The management is awful! They have fired so many good, long term people for little or no reason. Promotion within is arbitrary and often with out merit. I have seen 7 employees fired in the last few years who had tenure of 7-15 years with the company, for simply speaking to former employees or not making their numbers in just 2 months. They maintain other employees who are abusive and extremely unethical.
