Minpunten

rotating from nights to days every 2 weeks will take a toll on your mental and physical health. little to no help during shifts, management always rushes you.

Nothing is more important than the health and safety of our employees. Due to the nature of our work, frontline employees regularly rotate shifts to ensure adequate shift coverage and distribution. That being said, we are currently undergoing a shift optimization study to review our current shift schedules and identify potential alternative scheduling options.
