NON-TOXIC WORK ENVIRONMENT (yes, my friend. It can acutally happen.) TRUE DIVERSITY. (I know, right?!) Management who actually listens!!!!! Top-notch CEO/CTO -- WHO ACTUALLY LISTEN!!!! Colleagues who collaborate really well and are always willing to help when you need it. Remote work (so, no communting!) Your achievements are actually recognized and applauded. Transparency regarding the state of the company. People you actually WANT to be around (even all the way at the top). Awesome choices for benefits. Fun virtual atmosphere that translates well when we get together. I know what you're thinking. "There is NO WAY this place is as good as they're saying." Well, my friend, you're WRONG. Nobody is paying me a dime to say all these awesome things about Rhythm. No one would have to, because everything I've said is true. I never thought that I would actually work for a company where I would feel heard and appreciated, or that I would say "I love this job" and actually mean it. This is not a "clicky" bunch of people who play "office politics," because we all believe that's not the culture we want. What we are, though, are a bunch of cool nerds from different backgrounds that love Marvel movies/shows, gaming, books, music, that genuinely get along. We work hard, play hard, and love finding ways to give back. I was actually taken aback by how friendly everyone was to me when I was first hired, and even more so that it hasn't changed. It's one thing to say a company treats you like family, but another for them to actually do it. And at Rhythm, they did it... and in the GOOD way. You don't find places like Rhythm often. It's a true unicorn. I'm thankful everyday that I get to be a part of this amazing team.

The only con I have is that every other place isn't like Rhythm.
