      Health and a retirement Benefits are nice. Many departments to work in. Good people to work with. Nice to have a hospital like Rice with everything you need.

      Minpunten

      Non union employees have a hard time keeping their job. Administration benefits are way too high compared to the grunt workers. A lot of nepotism as well.

      bad administration bad management bad compensation they dont let you take nursing breaks to go pump even though their policy book clearly states that they have to.
