Nowhere in this advert or this interview process does it mention that you will be walking the streets going door to door, encouraged to work 10+ hour shifts just for commission. It does not mention anything directly on their website, either. On induction, after talking about expectations of us we are brought to a room of probably 30+ people (pandemic???) where loud music is playing and we talk about pitches and being ‘in the field’. First mention of this after THREE separate interviews. Not advertised correctly on Indeed, says you will be doing marketing, but nothing of the sort mentioned afterwards.
