Pluspunten

You can work with some nice customers at the various places you are sent to work. The customers have treated me well - better than Ricoh.

Minpunten

Plenty of useless meetings . You can call up people to get printers moved elsewhere and no movers show up because of some corporate screw-up. Then explain it to the customer. Don't bother trying to improve processes because it's not encouraged. Not enough floaters to cover for vacation time accrued. You can lose your vacation time because there won't be anyone to cover your site for many months. That is why so many people just take time off when they wish to. On conference call, the boss says occasionally, "It's important for everyone to be at work this week because I am tied up at sites and there is no one else to cover."

Minpunten

• They just started enforcing the new commute policy which requires technicians to now give the company an hour of their time to and from work, if the customer is that distance away from their home at the beginning or end of day. Ultimately stealing up to 2 hours from the technician every single day and effectively punishing you for living so far away from a customer site. • Always coming with new ways to screw over technicians. They also just implemented new metrics that contribute to or take away from your bonus. • Sales reps usually always get the wrong equipment delivered to a customer and you have to be the one to deal with a screwed up mess • Lack of communication between sales/deliveries/management
