1. Ricoh promotes nepotism. Favors Japanese for jobs or advancements, regardless of their qualifications leading to resentment, decreased productivity, and a less motivated workforce. 2. Qualified applicants, particularly women, are not hired or promoted due to gender biases. 3. Ricoh designs questionnaires that is unrelated to workplace award objectives yet forces participation, decreasing data accuracy. 4. Ricoh gives false pretense of change but does not act on any workplace improvement recommendations.
