Aforementioned underhand practices. Issuance of a revised HR policy on 'Temporary Assignment' allowances immediately before the holiday closing period. The new policy removes significant employee allowances for working on-site whilst forcing employees to continue with site work or risk dismissal due to 'contract violations'. Working long hours is expected and the company takes full advantage.
