All the management/supervisors are tied to the owners in one way or another and completely untouchable when they make mistakes; they just blame it on someone under them when things go wrong.
There is no incentive for the skilled and knowledgeable/experienced employees to train those under them more than the absolute minimum for them to do what is needed.
