Talented employees are viewed as commodities instead of valuable assets. You are asked for personal opinions of team members and peers if it was felt they could be a problem instead of management speaking with them directly to understand any issues. There is no control or documentation of the system, changes are made with no impact assessment and released with no communication causing operational wastage and constant backtracking. Customers are not valued or supported once live. Talented people are let go with no forward planning from the leadership team. Sales consistently sell on a promise to customers, agreeing to features that are not available and need significant development (6-12months) to secure the bid. Industry knowledge is sparse putting the customer at risk.
