There are lots of opportunities to learn and grow. Very positive, respectful, and encouraging work environment. As employees, we feel heard. Minpunten
It's hard to list the cons because I genuinely enjoy working with the company. We are streamlining the process, as every startup does, so there will be some new changes and tools. I take that as a positive way of learning and exploring. However, it is not for those who are unable to adapt to change or who refuse to leave their comfort zone.
