Nothing is good in this company.

This is the worst company I have ever worked with. They do not pay for the work done. Payments are delayed for months, and all you get are empty promises like we will pay soon. After that, they completely VANISH. They stop taking calls, do not reply to emails, and ignore messages. There is zero accountability and zero professionalism. Chasing them for your own hard earned money becomes a full time job. If you value your time, effort, and peace of mind, do not work with this company. I strongly warn others to stay away. NEVER work with them.

There are no pros at all. The only pro is that the company in located next to metro station in Connaught Place. But, I heard that it has now moved to Noida. So, the only pro that could be has also become a con now.

Well, there is a long list: -Employees are laborers. -Out of all the games, hiring and firing is their favourite. -Alternate saturdays are only meant to be spoken at the time of interview. In reality, you may only get only one staurday off and that to if you too lucky. -They don't hire people on permanent payrolls. Plus, they will hide the fact that you are on contract basis, which is totally unethical. -Boot Licking is pretty common here. -If you will raise your voice for any issue, like saturday off, then they will take it on there ego and will fire you immediately. -Instead of work, they give priority to politics. -You have to note down your break timing in a register during lunch break as if you are in school. -You can not get much friendly with other girls. The management will ask you to come in there cabin and instruct you to not to talk to that female or male employee. -They give salaries by cheque to those hired on contractual basis. -Those who stay longer than working hours are the one who are loyal as per the management. -You cannot receive any interview phone call. If they get to know, you will be fired immediately.
