While we have things to work on, we are glad you have recognised great colleagues and the initiatives we have put in place to ensure the wellbeing of our employees. When it comes to lack of defined processes and product direction, we agree that this is one of the challenges that we have as we grow from a start-up to a larger organisation. With our recent funding we are looking to recruit experienced team members who will help contribute as part of our growth. It is a shame you feel that we lack training opportunities, we have always encouraged training, from sponsoring Doctorates through to online training. I can't recall a request for training being turned down. We hope our fortnightly All Hands and Q&A sessions are going some way to improve communication and our weekly drop-in sessions with our COO to provide the opportunity to listen to employee's concerns, as well as the normal line management channels. It would be great to discuss any specific ideas you have within these forums.
