Co workers are very nice

Leadership is not clear that they will expect you to work 12 or days to meet their goals .otherwise you will have to go out afterwards for night marching..pay sucks it's just not a good place to work. B2b sales is not fun

Nice management team with some nice leaders

It's just a pyramid scheme, so don't bother wasting your time. It's a segment of a larger corporation built upon lies. This particular group came from Obsidian X which was previously Bay City Connections and is now called Ripple (or aka The Ripple Inc.). This group also branched out to Burbank near LA and is now called Carbon, aka The Carbon Corp. These are all the exact same people running the exact same scam as always though where you are told to do direct sales inside of stores, gas stations, parking lots, restaurants, and malls - no kidding! It's not a good place to work if you need stability, chances for growth/promotion, respect from co-workers (you will not get this here), or if you want just simple benefits employees truly need like medical insurance. There are no benefits offered of any kind sadly. This group will reel you in by saying it's a marketing and sales position, but there's nothing going on here except for direct selling exactly like a door to door salesman where you carry a bunch of product around with you and try to get impulsive people to buy it. Don't fall for the lies and don't bother wasting your time believing that you will "one day own your very own business." It's just a facade and it's going to suck your life away from you wasting 10-12+ hour days doing nothing of any importance at all. No benefits, no gas compensation or employee vehicle program (but you have to drive all day), no medical/life insurance, no retirement plan, etc.- it goes on and on as how much of a mistake this place is). Read reviews for the previously mentioned groups above too so you can get an idea of what this group is all about - simply a pyramid scheme and really nothing more. Don't drink the cult Kool Aid!
