Minpunten
Toxic work culture from top down. Senior leaders have very less leadership experience and lack a vision. Actions taken display their lack of maturity as people leaders. The directors are from consulting background and don't have the maturity to run cx. They keep firing everyone across levels on a bi weekly basis. I have never seen attrition this high. It's across all departments. They have no HR leaders as everyone quits or are fired. They treat people like trash. Anything you do falls short of their expectations and they can fire you anytime for anything. Indian employees are treated like cheap labour.
