Awful retention rate and they don't sack people they just force people out by asking why are you still here?
Two days compassionate leave, I had to take leave out of my own holiday allowance after the passing of a close family member.
They will threaten you with your job in a group setting if the company / your team is underperforming.
They sell the job on quick progression but it doesn't really mean anything just a title and more pressure plus a higher personal budget to hit - oh and a 1k annual pay rise!
Weird sort of cult like attitude to those who leave and you have to recite the manual and learn it word for word every month or so.
No sick pay -they introduced sick pay half way through my time there but only made it available to people Senior Consultant and above.
