Onboarding is the worst I've seen for a corporate company and nothing is done to change it. Management is not there to manage or support you. They only cares about their work, will do anything to not give you more money. There is no company culture and the only blame is "Online work", instead of looking inward and creating a better environment the tactic is to blame employees for not wanting to sit in an office. Do not work here if you are not an expert in your field already, they will not support you growing unless it means taking on an insane amount of work.
